Support Is Us offers the highest standards of care that is underpinned by choice,

dignity, compassion, and respect whilst providing a reliable and friendly service to our service users. Support Is Us will provide adult supported living services to people over the age of 18 – 65, who require accommodation and support to retain and enhance their independence who are unable to live alone.

 

Support Is Us offers a wide range of support services that is person centred and

tailored to meet service users’ needs following a referral, detailed initial and on going assessments. Support Is Us works to a multi-agency approach and will include the service user, family members and loved ones to ensure service users preferences, needs and values are honoured to receive the right support.

Support Is Us Director and Service Manager have over 20 year's experience and

training in Adult and Children services specialising in Mental Health and knows what support is required to provide Robust Support, Recovery and Resettlement Plans for each service user.
