Specialist Services
Support Is Us Ltd is a specialist care provider. We support adults with a variety of needs, whether that’s related to mental health, learning difficulties or anything in between. Our aim is to provide a range of services that can help our clients to live their lives independently. We offer high quality supported housing for vulnerable adults. We employ a holistic approach and work closely with a number of health professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, care workers and GPs. Our team also liaises with extended families as well.
Learning Disabilities
The Learning Disability service at Support Is Us accommodates to all individuals who have complex to moderate learning disability. We provide a range of activities tailored to address the person’s specific needs by providing positive behaviour support and life skills.
Holisticalic Services
Support Is Us works holistically with the service user, relatives and all professionals involved to provide robust and person-centred support for all service users to promote positive behaviour and positive outcomes.
Forensic Services
Support Is Us provides Forensic Care and Support to individuals with mental health
and learning disabilities with a forensic background as well as complex behaviours on various orders.
Psychotherapy Services
Support Is Us referral process requires a detailed and thorough background of history and up to date chronology, detailed care plan, with clinical summary including any psychological assessments, clearly stating, and outlining triggers, signs of relapse and how to manage the presenting risks for each servicer user. In addition, we require a detailed recall plan in case the service user relapses and/or reoffends and needs to be readmitted to hospital.
