Support Is Us supports service users with low to high mental health needs as well as individuals who is play challenging behaviour, have experienced trauma and have complex needs, drug and alcohol misuse as well as supporting those who are at risk of drug, sexual exploitation and require domestic violence support.

Money Management
Support Is Us offers money management support in order to support service users to budget and maintain their finances, apply for entitled benefits.
We also promote service users to live independently by supporting service users to create daily routines and structure in their daily lives.
Medication Support
Each service user is provided with medication support and informed what their medication is used for and why.
Staff administer all medication and staff work and support each service users to manage their medication independently.

One To One &
Psychological Support
Upon joining Support Is Us each service user has an initial assessment which outlines support required as well as the implementation of a person centered care plan and how to engage with them. All service users will engage in key work sessions to address thoughts and behavioural patterns. Establish short and long term goals and ensure all service users are listened to, treated with dignity and respect.
