Support Is Us provides adult supported living  to service users  with low to high mental health needs which includes challenging behaviour, trauma, learning needs, drug and alcohol misuse as well as supporting those who are at risk of exploitation. We provide one to one support, observations, money management, support to engage back into the community whether it be education, employment and activities of their choice as well as supporting with any appointments they may have. 

 

Support Is Us thrive on providing one to one bespoke support and intervention  in order to support each service individual needs to ensure they reach positive outcomes that they can go on to use in their adult lives. We treats every service user with dignity and respect where their choices are always heard and valued.

Support Is Us provides professional person centred service that enables  service users to live in a less restrictive environment who find it difficult to cope in their own homes. Support Is Us provides a safe secure environment where service users are supported to develop the skills to enable them to have independence.

 

We also offer bespoke packages of care and support to ensure every servicer user reaches their full potential and ensure they are supported with the aftercare tools to reach recovery in order to manage and maintain their mental health. Support Is Us provides robust assessments as well as using the Mental Health Recovery Star to track and measure progress where each service user is fully involved in thier support plans to make positive progress.
